We create a group 3-4 days before starting. You’ll get ingredient lists and topic info early. The day before, I’ll help you prep everything.
What's covered in each workshop?
Each workshop explores one topic deeply. Everyone makes recipes hands-on. In the probiotic class, you’ll create fermented drinks, nut cheeses, and healing foods.
What prep is needed?
You’ll get simple prep instructions a day ahead. Even first-timers find it easy to follow!
Will I get recipes after?
Yes! We write down all recipes with full details during class so you have everything you need.
How can soup be raw?
We make raw soups in blenders. Most people love them once they try! The special ingredient combos create amazing flavors.
Can my little sprouts join in?
Yes! Children can help or watch quietly. Family members welcome too. No age limit if they’re curious and attentive.
